Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Return Process
To start a return, please email us at returns@threadsbybry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
